This leaf – dropped from my struggling bougainvillea which hardly ever flowers – enjoyed its final moment in the sun a few months ago.
The June early evening light was just right…as it usually is that time of day. The window screen backdrop somehow seemed very appropriate.
Sorry about the dust.
Fantastic photo! Dust and all 🙂

Thank you! I hesitated at first because of the dust, but glad I used it anyway 🙂 (and then I faced the fact that it was past time to dust!)

This is lovely–as only you can make fallen leaves, screens, and dust sparkle for those of us who couldn’t capture a photo if our lives depended on it (moi) 🙂 Personal note: Bedelia may move over here…things are rather uncertain presently. Thanks for your interest, and your support at my previous blog ❤ Leslie

Love the light in this image. Very unique photo. ❤ Actually some of the dust looks interstellar. 🙂

I sometimes see things in photos that others don’t. If you look at the top left-hand corner, you’ll see what I meant. 🙂
