Past all the “extras”…
Cheeses…meats…peppers…sprouts.
Dressing. Croutons. And so on.
Probably not.
But I did.
Move over crunchy tomato…make room for the lowly lettuce leaf.

Gorgeous photo, as always! I’m not a lettuce fan, but I do love cabbage–red is especially nice 🙂 I’m thinking of making a pot of potato and cabbage soup–with apple-chicken sausage–today.
