has happened to me on the odd occasion, and like you always find it very odd. A bonus pepper though for cooking 🙂

I found one of those once and freaked out…did you eat it or toss it? I wondered how long it was on the delivery truck before it got to our grocery store. Was it a GMO one or an organic one?

I think it was organic, but I don’t remember for sure. I was cutting it up for pepper strips so didn’t end up using the inside. Probably a freak of nature!

I remember stopping my food prep, running up to my computer and doing a Google search to see if it was okay or not to eat. I think it is, but have since had the opportunity to see another one, so they may be less likely to happen – aka, freaks of nature!
