During my recent walk in the woods I happened to look down. A green (!) leaf caught my eye. It stood out amongst the various shades of brown, red and yellow spread underneath.
Just hanging out in the afternoon sun.

A few days ago, in one of now gone summer gardens, I found a five-leafed clover. It pays to look down. Lots of mysterious beauty down there.

I’ve discovered so many cool macros to photograph by looking down. I love a mystery hunt. This particular leaf almost looked like it was peeking back up at me. 🙂
