Yes it is! And I wondered why the owner though it was necessary to even insert fake flowers into such a beautiful display.

Hmmm… I’m not sure…Lilies, is the white one a snowball, and then there is a dark green leaf, but I’m not sure what it is….

It is really hard to tell. What gave it away for me was the dark green leaf — too green to be real and not the same green as everything else was. It is attached to one of the “flowers” – the ones I thought were so unusual.

The upper whites? I had a neighbour once who “planted” fake flowers to make the task easier.

Maybe those leaves came along with some gift and the person didn’t want to throw them away, so took them on a walk and looked for just the right place to put them. I can the person smiling as she or he walked away, feeling they had done something creative and secret, wondering if anyone would ever see their handiwork!

Well there’s a sweet possibility I hadn’t thought of. Could also have been the property owner receiving them as a gift! 🙂
