I was stuck indoors on a recent rainy day.
One lonesome forgotten can of beer left in the refrigerator. Craft beer no less…probably past its expiration date. But…no matter. It still served as a welcome diversion as it qualified for the April squares challenge.
It had a pop top on its top.
So here goes.
Side note:
At least pop tops now remain attached to the cans. We don’t have to worry anymore about stepping on a pop top when we blow out a flip flop…

Was it good? I remember those tabs that would completely separate from the can back in the 70’s. Not good!

🙂 I forgot to mention that I did not drink it. Just photographed it. Sadly this beer is not part of a gluten free diet. Yes I’m glad the pop top design has changed too!

Oh, you’ve got me chuckling again, for which I salute and thank you, dear friend!! 😉 The older, less able and less patient that I get, the more I love cans with a pull-top opening…I’ve bought many can openers and none guarantee success (today’s small whine 🙂 ).

I appreciate pull-tops as well. Otherwise simply finding the can opener may be the initial challenge 🙂
