So many choices for delicious.
I’ll start with my favorite dinner…
and one of my favorite fruits…
and last, but certainly not least, my favorite cookies…
Frosted Pineapple Nut Cookies…a recipe originating with my Nursery School teacher Mrs. Milton.
The very definition of deliciousness. Even made gluten free.
My daughter baked these for me.

Hmmm….must admit the cookies are a new variety on me! Then again, don’t think I’ve ever met a cookie I didn’t like LOL

They are amazing. I think the frosting makes the cookie…(frosting flavored with pineapple juice).

I love salmon too – and what a nice present from your daughter. Sounds like a lovely cookie – in Sweden we don’t have many with frosting though.
